Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all product orders placed through the Samplr store. Sample dispatches under campaigns follow a separate logistics workflow coordinated directly between brands and Samplr.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or rural locations: 7–12 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, and local factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • • Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping
  • • Orders below ₹999 — ₹50 flat delivery fee

Shipping charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Courier Partners

We ship across India using trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and Xpressbees. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery pin code and product weight.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment directly from the Order History section in your Samplr account, or on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails on all attempts (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, access issues), the package will be returned to the brand. Re-dispatch in such cases may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Undeliverable Orders

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete — including flat/building number, street name, city, state, and PIN code.

9. Shipping for Sample Campaigns

Product samples under Samplr campaigns are dispatched directly by brands via their chosen logistics partner. Delivery timelines for samples are communicated on your sample detail page and are governed by the campaign timeline set by the brand. Samplr coordinates the logistics workflow but is not responsible for delays caused by the brand or their courier partner.

10. Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by: natural disasters, public holidays, strikes or civil unrest, customs or regulatory delays, or events outside our reasonable control. We will always communicate proactively if we are aware of a delay affecting your order.
